Detailed plans in for logistic parks next phase
Detailed plans have been submitted for the construction of a commercial building extending to almost 400,000 sq ft as part of a landmark logistics development in Northamptonshire.Tritax Symmetry is seeking reserved matters approval for phase five unit four of its Symmetry Park, Kettering employment site.The building would have a gross internal area of 373,965 sq ft and comprise warehouse and office space.A total of 436 car parking spaces are proposed, along with 48 disabled, 48 EV, 60 cycle and 20 motorcycle spaces.Extending to a total of 136 acres, Symmetry Park, Kettering benefits from outline planning permission for 2.3 million sq ft of logistics floorspace.
